A trusted partnership for the future of your business.
Alley15 is a Denver-based partnership of experienced growth operators and builders. We’ve helped build public and VC-backed companies - global organizations to startups, and back again. We know firsthand the intensive and complex experience that is managing a small business.
Our team commits our own capital and hands-on operating experience to safeguard the future of your business. We make investment decisions quickly and with care for your business, your legacy, and your team.
If you’re an owner looking to transition your small business to trusted caretakers for its next phase of growth, let’s talk.
Investing in Small Businesses in the Rocky Mountain West.
We aim to acquire, build, and manage your business ourselves for the long term. Our goal is to continue growing the business you’ve built, not simply turn a quick profit as financial investors.
We seek controlling investments in privately-owned software, services, and manufacturing/supply chain businesses generating EBITDA between $500k and $1.75M. We work with businesses in the Rocky Mountain West region - with preference for those in Colorado and the Denver area. Ideal businesses will have a trusted reputation, consistent free cash flow, and a sustainable, defensible market position.
We’re Experienced and Committed.
As experienced operators, we bring four decades of combined experience in strategic leadership, finance, corporate development, business development, growth, and operations. We’ve successfully scaled businesses, managed significant P&Ls, and led teams of 10-250 across functions in the trenches of startups and larger organizations. We value the hard journey your small business is on and personally commit to contribute our full energy and resources to its continued success.
